UK Private Equity Fund Services Introduced By JPMorgan

JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services, earlier in the week, announced it had launched its private equity fund service in the UK .

The ‘JPMorgan Private Equity Fund Services’ aims to expand the business throughout Europe and the Middle East, offering fund administration and portfolio administration to European and Middle Eastern private equity firms, along with investors .

The JPMorgan Private Equity Fund Services offers a full collection of services to the private equity community, which include comprehensive fund administration services, such as investor tracking, fund accounting, tax support services and investor reporting.

For institutional investor limited partners, JPMorgan provides portfolio administration services to clients seeking support in the management and reporting of their alternative investment portfolios .

As part of the expansion, Huw Jones, a chartered accountant who has extensive experience in the private equity industry, has joined as head of Private Equity Fund Services’ London office, and will also focus on providing fund administration services to private equity firms in the region.
