Accountancy firm KPMG has been awarded the Sunday Times title of Best Big Company To Work For.
The accolade was the second time the firm has taken the award and the fourth year in a row that it has been ranked in the top three.
Commenting on the awards success, John Griffith-Jones, chairman of the firm's UK operations, said: "We are extremely proud to have been named Best Big Company to Work For, especially as it is the first time any company has won the award twice".
"Our people are our greatest asset, because they are at the heart of all our services to clients," he explained.
"That is why it is so important to use to create an environment where people can flourish and their talents can grow."
He added: "The firm has been expanding and developing rapidly in recent years and we are delighted that our people have given us this vote of confidence through their feedback in the awards ."
KPMGs UK branch currently has 11,872 people employed in 22 different offices. In 2007 the firm recruit a total of 914 graduates - up 18 per cent from 2006 - and said it plans on offering positions to another 1,000 graduates this year.

The Sunday Times Best Companies awards are the single largest annual survey of employee opinions in the UK, with this years poll including the views of 180,000 members of staff from 868 organisations in total.
