An accounting company has launched the UKs biggest year-end accounts giveaway in a bid to help British businesses get through the current economic climate.
The Accounts Giveaway from Financial Professional Support Services (FPSS) offers small businesses £1,000 - £2,000 in cost savings for just £1 and comes in response to the Governments call for the countrys banking and finance sectors to support small businesses in the UK .
Stuart McGreevy, entrepreneur, founder and Chief Executive of FPSS, said the firm was passionate about helping distressed and worried business owners.
He commented: "We are committed to the long term success of the UKs small businesses. As Peter Mandelson has said small businesses are vital to pulling Britain out of the current difficulties."
"We are giving small businesses £1k-2k in cost savings for one pound. This will help support businesses by delivering real cost savings now."
He added: "As a part of the Accounts Giveaway offer, we are also guaranteeing a 30 per cent cost saving in FPSS businesses bookkeeping costs."
McGreevy said the financial group also backs the campaign by the Daily Mail and the Sun to delay VAT payments by six months as "it could have a very real life-saving effect for the small businesses that are being adversely impacted by the credit crunch".
FPSS is one of the fastest growing national accounting firms in the UK with 150 specialist business advisors and accountants .
