Specialist accountancy firm Danbro Accounting Ltd has revealed it is confident of further success in 2010 following a year which has seen sales of £51.1 million and 92 per cent growth.
2009 has also seen nominations for three Accountancy Age Awards - Employer of the Year, Best Small Firm and Best use of Internet Practice and a 40th place ranking in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 directory of the 100 fastest-growing firms in the UK.
Earlier this year, the company also received an Investors in People award in recognition of its achievement in staff training and development.
Danbro said company growth was driven by an accounting recruitment scheme, which saw the firm take on 11 new members of staff this year.
Damian Broughton, Danbro co-founder and director, said it was a "fantastic achievement" that the firm had managed to maintain such a high level of growth for a third successive year, particularly during the tough economic climate.
"Despite the recession, 2009 has been a great year for Danbro and we feel confident of more success in 2010, he commented.
"Everyone at Danbro has put in a great deal of effort to ensure the continuation of our success, and I'm very proud of all of them."
Danbro Accounting Ltd has offices in London, Blackpool and Manchester.
