Graduate Employer Recognition For Grant Thornton

Accountancy and professional services firm Grant Thornton is one of the UK’s top 100 graduate employers, according to The Times.

The company, which provides assurance, tax and specialist advisory services to more than 40,000 clients in the UK, has appeared in the newspaper’s list of top graduate job providers for the third time since 2003.

Around 250 training places are offered to graduates each year in five key areas; audit, business risk services, tax, recovery and reorganisation, and actuarial . Applicants must have a UCAS tariff of 300 or more and a 2.1 degree .

Successful applicants will sit three-year courses at Bradenham Manor, Grant Thornton's dedicated training centre, before taking up graduate roles at one the company’s 29 UK offices, including London, Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Bristol and Liverpool .

Grant Thornton also offers 12-month internship schemes and summer placements which have been specifically designed to give job seekers "a real insight" into the business .

The British firm currently has around 4,200 employees and 300 partners and is a member of the Grant Thornton International network, which operates in 113 countries worldwide.
