Professional services firm KPMG has appointed a new global head of people, performance and culture to help ensure the company continues to offer attractive accountancy jobs .
The role has been given to Rachael Campbell, who has spent the last four years working on KPMGs Employer of Choice strategy in the UK as head of people at KPMG Europe .
Ms Campbell will retain her current role, but will now also work with KPMG member firms to help implement the strategy globally and ensure the big four accountancy firms remains an attractive destination for accountants worldwide.
John Harrison, deputy chairman of KPMG International, said: "We look forward to Rachels further contributions as global head of people, performance and culture."
