Sussex-based accountancy recruitment firm, Grafton Banks Finance, has moved into new, bigger offices in the coastal town of Hove to help accommodate its growing team of staff.
Founded in 2008, Grafton Banks Finance helps secure roles for qualified accountants at local businesses across East and West Sussex and south Surrey.
As well as working with successful local businesses, the company also helps a growing number of nationwide companies with local operations, particularly in the fields of energy, insurance and travel .
Grafton Banks Finance expanded its operation earlier this year with the launch of a new division to focus solely on the recruitment of part-qualified accountants, and it is currently seeking a senior consultant to head up its interim division. It is also looking to expand its reach by opening new offices in Surrey.
"The business is going from strength to strength thanks to our investment in client relationships," explained company director Alex Gregory.
"Turnover for the first quarter of this year is nearly 200 per cent up on the first quarter of last year and weve doubled the amount of both permanent and interim staff weve placed.
He added: "We have seen an increase in client requests this year and the finance recruitment market seems a lot more buoyant."
"Our success demonstrates there really is a space in this market for a specialist recruitment firm which can do a better job than the big recruitment factories of finding and matching local talent to local businesses."
