The hour is worth approximately £100 and is being offered in order to help kick-start the economy.

There are no strings attached to this offer from ICAEW Chartered Accountants; it is available to any small business .

All start-up businesses or growing small businesses can benefit from professional accountancy support.

In the troubled economic times we are experiencing, sound, professional advice is highly desirable to enable SMEs grow in order to boost the economy.

Hereby SMEs will get the opportunity to discuss their business with a qualified chartered accountant via a free initial consultation.

The expert advice covers a range of areas, including turning a business around, financial management, restructuring and taxation issues.

Around 2,000 ICAEW practices across the country have signed up to this scheme.
